Welcome to Laneway Theatrical Services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
1. General
Laneway Theatrical Services provides theatrical production services, including but not limited to costume hire, set and scenic design, lighting and sound design, musical direction, choreography, and related creative and technical services.
By engaging our services or hiring our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure bookings or hire items. All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services or release of hired goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Costume Hire & Equipment Use
All hire items remain the property of Laneway Theatrical Services.
Clients are responsible for the proper care and return of all hired items in the condition they were received. Any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges.
Late returns may be subject to daily fees.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the booking date may receive a refund minus any administrative or preparation fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days may forfeit deposits or be charged for work already completed or reserved.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, designs, scripts, music arrangements, and visual concepts created by Laneway Theatrical Services remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Use or reproduction of these materials without permission is prohibited.
6. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and quality of our services, Laneway Theatrical Services accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained by clients or third parties arising from the use of our services, venues, or hire items.
Clients are encouraged to arrange their own insurance cover for events or productions.
7. Photography & Promotion
Laneway Theatrical Services may use images or recordings of productions featuring our work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to the event.
8. Changes to Terms
Laneway Theatrical Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
